Our Knotty, Eastern White Pine T&G has been kiln-dried and is ready for installation and finishing. Two distinct faces allow you to create different looks for your project depending on the side you choose to display. One side has a bead running down the center & connection point of the board. The other has a V-groove where boards meet (see images below). The boards can be supplied in 8 ft., 10 ft.,12 ft.,14 ft.,16 ft., or a random mix of these lengths. For projects that can handle a little more character, an economical option may be our cabin grade material. These boards come in random lengths of 1″ x 6″ and/or 1″ x 8″. We have a variety of stain and finishing options to choose from. Our cabin grade material is subject to availability. 1×6 and 1×8 is milled with a V-Groove on one face and a Beaded profile on the
opposite face. Please specify your milling preference at the time of order. If a
preferred face is not specified, your order will be pulled for V-Groove.
Product is available in random lengths (8’/10’/12’/14’/16’).
Select lengths MAY be available depending on current inventory.
This product is sold by the Linear Foot.
Please refer to the following formulas to convert Square Feet to Linear Feet:

1×6 or 2×6:	(SF) x 2.4 = LF. Multiply x 1.05 for 5% installation waste.
1×8:	(SF) x 1.8 = LF. Multiply x 1.05 for 5% installation waste.

*Cabin grade material is subject to availability. It is the same product, but with
more surface defects present. Defects include surface markings, weathering,
open knots, & broken tongues or grooves. We recommend purchasing +10%
installation waste when working with Cabin Grade material. Cabin Grade is
NOT available for pre-finishing, in select lengths, in select profile, or in 2X
dimensions.

CABIN GRADE

Our cabin grade boards are pieces that have been rejected as standard grade material. The most common reasons for this are large knots, open knots, broken tongues, or cracks in the board. The material comes in random lengths of 1″ x 6″ or 1″ x 8″. Dimensions and profiles are the same as the products shown above. Shown below are typical defects of our 1″ x 6″ and 1″ x 8″ cabin grade boards.

How much do I need? To cover one square foot of surface requires 2.4 LF of 1×6 T&G and 1.75 LF of 1×8 T&G. We recommend ordering 10-12% extra to account for installation waste and material not suitable for construction.
