An overview of our Custom Structure process

Our custom structures begin… with a discussion surrounding your design goals and budget, and often include an exchange of concept sketches or photos to establish project goals

Once the goals and budget are agreed upon… we’ll formally quote your job and request a 50% deposit to produce shop drawings. Upon your approval of our shop drawing, we work with an engineer to review and seal your plans to confirm the necessary structural calculations. After engineering is complete, your plans will be sent to our shop floor for fabrication.

Please keep in mind…the process may take as long as 8-12 weeks during production peak times, so patience and planning ahead are good to keep in mind when considering a personalized custom structure from our workshop!
